So you don’t like fanfiction, huh? Well, you’re in luck! To accommodate those who dislike this month’s theme, those at Low-Key Writing have devised the “True Story, Bro” contest. Have you done something crazy in your life? Maybe something odd that leaves your friends questioning the authenticity of your tale? Well, now you have the chance to truly prove that it was a “True Story, Bro.” Acceptable formats are non-fiction or a personal essay. As usual, pieces must not exceed 8,000 words, and all submissions must be in not later than 9:00 p.m., May 31st.
